ANNE FARTHING
1714
There was only one obverse and one reverse issued.

The 1714 farthing is considered by many to be a pattern
coin. Indeed there were several patterns issued around
1713 & 1714 and if the farthing had circulated it was not
circulated widely. One of the reasons for this was that
Queen Anne died in 1714 another reason being that there
was still sufficient William III copper circulating at the time.

It was designed by John Croke.
