Florins are also called two shillings.

The obverse and reverse were designed and engraved by George
William de Saulles. The legend reads EDWARDVS VII GRA: BRITT:
OMN: REX FID: DEF: IND: IMP.
The reverse is that of Brittania standing in the wind holding a trident
in her right hand and a sheild with the british flag resting on the
ground in her left hand. The date is below the figure of Brittania.
The reverse legends read ONE FLORIN on the left and TWO
SHILLINGS on the right.

A matt finish proof florin was issued along with a regular florin for
1902 only.
