Doublestrike

Doublestruck coins take place when a coin has been struck twice in error.
This can happen after a coin receives its first centred strike and  it  fails to be ejected
and is then re-struck again. Coins can be found that have been struck three or four
times.  Doublestruck coins where the date/s are still visible and where the second strike
is at least 10% off-centre are more collectible and valuable.
