Queen Victoria ruled between 1837-1901, and she is the longest reigning of
any Monarch to date. Victoria was only 18 when she became Queen after the
death of her uncle, King William IV.

industrial development, and an empire expansion to become the largest empire
in the world. This decade became known as the Victorian Era.
